Supported Living Services

Empowering Independence with Compassionate Support

At Sayers Collective Care, we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to live as independently as possible, with the right support in place to thrive. Our Supported Living Services are designed to do exactly that — offering personalised, flexible assistance for individuals who want to live in their own home, with help available when and how they need it.

Whether you’re managing a learning disability, autism, a mental health condition, or a physical challenge, our team is here to help you build the confidence and skills to live life your way.

What Is Supported Living?

Supported living allows people to live in their own home — either alone or with others — while still receiving tailored care and support. It offers the best of both worlds: the freedom to make day-to-day decisions, combined with structured support that promotes wellbeing, routine, and personal development.

We work closely with housing providers to ensure safe, accessible accommodation options, and we develop bespoke care plans to support each person’s goals, needs, and preferences.

What Support We Provide

At Sayers Collective Care, support is always shaped by the individual. Depending on your needs and goals, our team can assist with:

  • Daily Living Tasks – such as cooking, cleaning, personal care, and shopping
  • Medication Management – including prompts or full administration
  • Budgeting and Tenancy Support – helping you manage money and maintain your home
  • Community Access – support to attend appointments, social activities, or volunteering
  • Emotional Wellbeing – companionship, building self-esteem, and developing coping strategies
  • Life Skills Coaching – from travel training to employment readiness
